Spa Policies

The Lexington is AN ESCAPE into a private universe. Plan a celebration with a group of friends or for a special occasion. It is our goal to meet your every need and expectation. Do not hesitate to contact us to customize your occasion.

TREATMENT DURATION

To facilitate your time management, the therapy durations indicated correspond to the length of your treatment at the Spa. We respectfully request that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment so that we may acquaint you with our facilities.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide 24 hours’ notice to avoid incurring the full therapy fee or voiding Gift Certificates. Cancellations in less than 24 hours will require a charge of 100% of the treatment price.

If services exceed $500 or more a 50% deposit will be taken at time of reservation.

LATE ARRIVALS

Late arrivals may result in lost treatment time unless our schedule enables us to offer you the full service.

Our Spa is a haven of serenity. For your peace and privacy, please silence all electronic devices.

CHILDREN IN THE SPA

We understand that bringing your children to the spa during your service may be convenient or even necessary at times, unfortunately we do not have an area designated for children, nor do we have staff that can keep an eye on them while you receive your service. For this reason, we ask that parents visit our salon without their children unless the child has an appointment.
