TREATMENT DURATION

To enhance your time management, the therapy durations specified correspond to the actual length of your treatment at the spa. We respectfully request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows us to acquaint you with our facilities and ensure a seamless and relaxing experience for you.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

To secure your appointment, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your spa service is required. If you wish to cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Please be aware that cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance, unless due to extenuating circumstances, will incur a nonrefundable cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please be advised that late arrivals may result in a reduction of your treatment duration unless scheduling permits us to provide the full service. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, a fee equating to 50% of the service cost will automatically be charged to your account. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

A MOMENT OF TRANQUILITY

We kindly request that you silence all personal devices during your visit to our salon to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.

CHILDREN IN THE SPA

We understand that bringing your child to the spa during your service may sometimes be necessary for your convenience. However, please be advised that we do not have a designated area for children, nor do we have staff available to supervise them while you receive your service.

Therefore, we kindly request that parents visit our salon without their child unless the child has a scheduled appointment that parents are attending with them. While children are more than welcome to get their haircuts, nails, or other services done, they must be accompanied by their parent throughout these scheduled appointments.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
